Usui Reiki Healing – Rest, Relaxation and Inner Peace in just one hour your mind will be quieter, your body will be relaxed enabling you to connect to your intuition. With a series of sessions you will become more spiritually aware.
Reiki gently heals any pathways that may be blocked in your physical body, mental, emotional and spiritual layers. It also works with negative thought patterns and feelings to release what no longer serves you. I will gently channel the Reiki healing energy through my hands and it can done either by a hands on or off approach on certain parts of your body that I’m intuitively guided to. Each session is unique, and Reiki will gently bridge the gap of where you are now and where you want to be. You will feel calm, relaxed and Reiki will soothe your mind.

Crystals gently support the body, mind and spirit and unearth any imbalances. Each crystal has its own frequency, and they act as a conduit for supporting and healing by placing crystals on or near the body to release any negative energies and bring the body back into balance. The crystals will harmonize your energy body and other vibrational fields, gently nourish you to bring a wonderful sense of relaxation and inner peace.

Crystal Healing Massage is a gentle technique using crystals that strokes and soothes the body to support physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. The Crystals will unearth any imbalances and help to relieve tension and pain. You will be laid on a therapy couch fully clothed and covered in a cosy blanket.
