Q: How do I know which treatment is right for me?
A: I would encourage you to contact me directly so we can discuss how I can support you on your healing journey, and I will intuitively advise you on the offering I feel will benefit you the most.
Q: What should I wear when I come for my treatment?
A: Please wear something in which you feel comfortable. If you’ve booked an energy healing treatment or Crystal healing massage, you will be laid down on a therapy couch, covered with fluffy towels and a cosy soft blanket.

Q: How many energy healing sessions would you recommend?
A: I would recommend three consecutive weekly sessions, i.e. one session per week for three weeks. The reason for this is to allow the treatment to integrate so you can notice the changes in your mental and emotional wellbeing. Then it’s up to you how many sessions you desire. Some clients like to come weekly or monthly to support your wellbeing.

Q: What should I expect in a distant healing session with you?
A: Upon booking an appointment via my Website, I will send you a Zoom link prior to your appointment. Please wear something in which you feel comfortable. Bring a blanket, glass of water to hydrate and a notepad and pen in case you want to jot anything down after the session. You can also bring a candle, incense, essential oil and your favourite crystal if you wish. Be close to somewhere you can lie down, either on a bed or a sofa so you can fully relax into the treatment.
