Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully as these conditions set out the terms you agree to when you purchase services and products from Leah Hudson. The Terms and Conditions do change occasionally so it is recommended you regular check them when purchasing services and products.
SERVICES
The services provided by Leah Hudson include one-to-one Reiki, Crystal Healing, Vagus Nerve Rejuvenation, Crystal Massage, Spirit Readings, Cacao Ceremonies, Women’s Circles, workshops and events. You must be over 18 years old to use these services.
Information given during healing sessions are for a holistic approach to life, are for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for any medical, professional, legal or financial advice and should not be treated as such. Agreeing to receive a healing session and any information provided, you take full responsibility for any use of the information given and its interpretation.
Leah’s services can work alongside conventional medicine and treatments and does not take the place of medical care.
Leah does not interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Leah does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe substances or perform medical treatments. Leah will signpost you to a medical practitioner to seek medical advice/treatment if you have any queries, or any physical or psychological medical conditions that are of concern.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Purchased Gift Certificates are subject to availability and change. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No change or certificate for un-used differences can be issued. The tangible Gift Certificate must be presented for validation on arrival. Any reservation made using your Gift Certificate will be subject to Leah Marie Holistics normal policy for booking. Gifts Certificates will be automatically redeemed in the case of an unattended appointment. Supplements may apply to certain services. Should the value of your Gift Certificate not cover the cost of your appointment, settlement must be made in full prior to arrival.
Leah Hudson will not be responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
PRODUCTS
If there is a problem with the products provided by Leah Marie Holistics please contact us at: leah@leahhudson.co.uk and provide us with as much information as possible, and whether you would like a replacement or refund.
New and unused products will be returned within 14 days of purchase to enable a refund at the full cost. Please return the products in the original packaging, where possible and receipt. No refunds or returns will be accepted after 14 days of purchase.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We can take payments via Cash, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Debit Card and Credit Card (please note Debit and Credit cards incur a 2.5% charge).
PAYMENT SECURITY
Our payments take you to a separate page to leahmarieholistics.com. We do not store your debit card/credit card information on our website. We use Amelia as our website booking system and payment system via PayPal. We use Square as our in-person, and telephone-based payment system.
COMPLAINTS
We really hope that you don’t have any cause for complaint, but if you do, please let us know in confidence by email at: leah@leahhudson.co.uk. Providing details and your suggestion of how we can resolve the situation. We will act as quickly as possible to rectify any problem you have with our services or products.
DISCLAIMER
Energy healing such as Reiki, Crystal Healing and Vagus Nerve Rejuvenation are considered Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) to support your healing journey. They should not be used as a replacement for medical care and advice, or conventional treatments.
You should not stop, add or change any medication or conventional treatment without the advice and consent of a medical professional. We advise you to consult professional medical advice for any physical, mental or emotional concerns.
Information and advice provided on Reiki, Crystal Healing and Vagus Nerve Rejuvenation are the result of experience, thoughts and feelings and should not be used as a replacement for medical care and advice, or conventional treatments.
Any service or product purchases you make from Leah Hudson are made on the basis of your own freedom and choice.
